On behalf of the local authorities, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung acknowledged and commended the proactive and urgent spirit of the team of engineers and workers. The Ward Party Secretary emphasized:

"The units must mobilize maximum resources and implement scientific construction methods to ensure three core factors: Progress - Quality - Labor Safety. The authorities will always accompany and promptly resolve difficulties so that the project can reach completion on schedule and soon stabilize housing for the people."

"A golden rain" for low-income earners

The project is not merely about infrastructure figures but also carries the expectations of hundreds of families struggling with housing challenges. According to the investor’s representative, the project is expected to officially open application submissions in Quarter II/2026.

The project is not merely about infrastructure figures but also carries the expectations of hundreds of families struggling with housing challenges.

Present at the project on the launch morning, Mr. Tran Dinh Duy (residing in Cam Le District) could not hide his expectations. Currently, his family is still renting with a monthly rental cost of up to VND 5 million - a considerable financial burden.

"After learning about the project through friends and social media, I found that I meet the eligibility criteria and that the support policies here are very reasonable. If I can purchase a three-bedroom apartment here, my family will end the rental situation and confidently settle down and build our future," Mr. Duy shared about his plan to apply for an apartment at the project.

This is a source of confidence for residents in securing a home in the near future.

The close supervision and timely direction of local leaders right from the beginning of the year not only create a vibrant emulation spirit for enterprises but also reinforce the confidence of residents like Mr. Duy in securing a stable home in the near future.
